ATAR Labs is a London-based cybersecurity company that develops a Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform designed to help enterprise teams automate incident management and streamline complex threat detection workflows. Operating primarily through business-to-business software licensing and subscriptions, the enterprise software provider scaled its operations with a team of approximately 30 to 50 employees while securing €2.5 million in initial seed funding. The organization originally launched as a strategic spin-off from the established cybersecurity consulting firm Innovera and received early financial backing from lead investor Diffusion Capital Partners. In July 2020, the business was acquired by the British enterprise software corporation Micro Focus, which integrated the automation platform into its ArcSight cybersecurity product line before being subsequently purchased by OpenText. ATAR Labs was officially founded in 2017 by chief executive officer Burak Dayioglu.
