Crater Studios is pioneering a Micro-AAA development model, combining the quality and depth of AAA games with the speed and efficiency of indie studios. By leveraging AI-driven workflows, modular development frameworks, and a data-driven approach to game incubation, we rapidly prototype, test, and launch high-quality games at a fraction of traditional costs. Our first title, Dwarven Realms, has proven the model’s success, reaching 150,000+ players and generating $850K in revenue within its first year. With a growing portfolio, including an extractor shooter and a collectible card game, we are building a scalable, interconnected ecosystem of games designed for long-term engagement.
