Delonix Bioworks is a Shanghai, China-based biotechnology company that designs genetically engineered bacterial vaccines utilizing synthetic biology to target complex infectious diseases and chronic inflammation indications. Operating as a subsidiary of the parent company CuroVax, the enterprise develops innovative synthetic vaccines intended to safely and effectively combat specific bacterial pathogens, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Neisseria meningitidis. To scale its proprietary biopharma operations and advance its preclinical research pipeline, the organization successfully closed a $14 million Series Seed financing round.
