Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, DREV designs and manufactures specialized cleaning equipment focused on contamination control and material recovery for advanced industrial manufacturing facilities. The enterprise utilizes patent-pending dry brush technology alongside its proprietary Vault products to completely eliminate the need for water and harsh chemicals during the industrial cleaning process. These hardware solutions enable large-scale operations across the battery manufacturing, recycling, solar panel, and semiconductor sectors to efficiently recover valuable raw materials, specifically targeting critical elements like lithium, cobalt, and nickel. Developed to address critical contamination control gaps originally identified at facilities such as Tesla's Gigafactory 1, the company is currently focused on scaling its production capabilities to serve clients across the United States, the European Union, and emerging Asian markets. DREV was officially founded in 2023 by co-founders Arelys Sosa and Thomas Tingelöf.
