Envoy Ventures is an Irvine, California-based operationally oriented investment arm of the digital innovation consultancy Envoy, providing capital and strategic services to digitally-driven direct-to-consumer brands. The firm currently operates through an initial $10 million fund, combining direct equity investments with access to its parent company's strategy, design, and technology resources. Leveraging a dedicated team of over 100 professionals from its parent organization, the venture arm targets early-stage companies operating across the consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, consumer electronics, and sustainability sectors. Its active investment portfolio includes emerging consumer brands such as Kapsul, Kopari, and Violux, while the broader Envoy consultancy serves large corporate clients including T-Mobile and Nike. Envoy Ventures was officially founded in 2021 by managing partners Kevin Bauer and Bob Allison, alongside operating partners Russ Rommelfanger, Ryan Rommelfanger, and Michael Bennett.
