Fundracer Capital

Fundracer Capital is a venture capital firm based in the Netherlands that invests in early stage startups and scaleups operating within the global micromobility and cycling sectors. The firm provides pre-seed to seed stage capital alongside direct operational support for companies developing technologies related to zero emission transport, artificial intelligence safety systems, and urban mobility across North America and Europe. Leveraging the deep industry expertise of its management team, the fund connects its investments with a network of professionals from business and professional cycling backgrounds to assist with go-to-market strategies and product development. Currently, the firm manages a growing portfolio of seven active companies, directing its initial equity investments toward recognizable micromobility hardware and software brands such as ReTyre, Blubrake, Newton-Rider, and Specter. Fundracer Capital was founded in 2024 by René Wiertz, Andy Ording, and Gérard Vroomen.
