HighPost Capital is a New York-based private equity firm that invests in mid-market consumer goods and services businesses to drive growth and operational improvements, while its venture arm, HIPstr, focuses on early-stage consumer-related sectors from West Palm Beach, Florida. The firm closed its inaugural Fund I in August 2022, securing $535 million, which included a $420 million core fund and a $115 million sidecar for co-investments. Its HIPstr venture fund separately raised $100 million, targeting innovative product, service, media, and technology companies primarily in North America. HighPost Capital operates with a team of 14 professionals, including senior managing directors Dave Gubbay, Kevin Mailender, and Sol Goldwyn. The organization was founded in 2019 by CEO David Moross and founding partner Mark Bezos.
