Aaditya Talwai

Aaditya Talwai is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Lariat Data, based in New York, United States. Founded in 2021 and backed by the Y Combinator Summer 2021 batch, the three-person startup focuses on continuous data quality monitoring and data engineering observability. Prior to Lariat Data, Talwai served as a Software Architect at Datadog, where he helped launch and scale the company's Application Performance Monitoring product across more than 100 software runtimes and integrations. He previously spent time building developer-facing infrastructure and enterprise software products during his tenures at Confluent and Bloomberg. Talwai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and brings over a decade of professional experience in software engineering for scalable systems. His current focus centers on addressing enterprise data quality challenges by developing advanced DevOps and developer infrastructure solutions.
