Aakash N S

Aakash N S is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jovian, an educational technology startup based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Twitter. Under his leadership, Jovian participated in the Y Combinator accelerator program in 2019 and subsequently secured $1.5 million in seed funding in May 2022. The platform has grown to support over 100,000 registered learners, driven by open-source educational content developed in partnership with freeCodeCamp. Alongside his primary venture, he operates as an angel investor with a portfolio of more than ten early-stage companies across the software-as-a-service, artificial intelligence, and financial technology sectors. His current focus remains on scaling cohort-based bootcamps while advancing practical machine learning and data science education.
