Aakhil Fardeen

Aakhil Fardeen is the Head of Product and Platform at Envoy, a workplace technology company. He previously served as the founder and CEO of Worksphere, a Y Combinator-backed hybrid workplace management startup that was acquired by Envoy in September 2022. Before launching Worksphere, Fardeen co-founded Lish, a corporate catering venture that he successfully scaled into a $12 million business. His earlier career includes senior product leadership roles at Zillow and Amazon, where he notably launched and grew the e-textbooks division to $150 million in revenue while patenting a novel business model. He holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and earned an MBA from Dartmouth College.
