Abdullo Akhadov

Abdullo Akhadov is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Gauss, a consumer finance startup based in New York. Founded in 2022, the 16-employee fintech company is backed by Y Combinator and Goodwater Capital to help consumers manage and refinance credit card debt at lower interest rates. Prior to launching Gauss, Akhadov accumulated over 17 years of executive management experience in credit risk, regulatory compliance, and enterprise operations across major international financial institutions. His corporate tenure includes senior positions overseeing credit processes and technology functions at Nordea Bank and Raiffeisenbank. During his traditional banking career, he managed financial operations across European and Asia-Pacific markets, including Japan, Greater China, and the ASEAN region. Akhadov currently focuses on scaling venture-backed fintech operations while navigating complex regulatory environments and consumer credit risk management.
