Abe Wheeler

Abe Wheeler is a technology entrepreneur and software engineer who most recently served as the founder of Trigo. He established the property technology startup to develop the first application programming interface specifically designed for processing consumer rent data. After participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch, Wheeler successfully scaled the platform and led Trigo to an acquisition by Snappt in August 2025. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked as a software engineer at Amazon, where he focused on building artificial intelligence systems for the company's advertising technology division. Wheeler completed his undergraduate education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. His professional background centers on developing complex software infrastructure, with a specialized focus on financial technology APIs and artificial intelligence applications.
