Abhishek Kankani

Abhishek Kankani is the Co-founder and CEO of Dyte, a real-time communication API platform based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. He holds a degree from the Vellore Institute of Technology and has a background in software engineering and product development. In 2021, Kankani led Dyte through the Y Combinator Winter 2021 accelerator program to refine its developer tools and live streaming infrastructure. The following year, he secured an $11.6 million seed funding round for the company, backed by institutional investors including Sequoia Capital India, Nexus Venture Partners, and Unbound. Beyond his executive duties, he actively advises early-stage startup founders on product strategy, technical hiring, and go-to-market execution. His current professional focus centers on scaling B2B SaaS platforms and advancing WebRTC technologies for the global developer ecosystem.
