Akash Mandavilli

Akash Mandavilli is the CEO and Co-Founder of GovEagle, an AI-driven proposal automation platform for government contractors, based in the DMV area of the United States. As a two-time founder, he leads the Y Combinator-backed startup in developing software that enables medium to large federal contractors to increase their request for proposal submission volume. Prior to launching GovEagle, Mandavilli served as a Product Manager at Meta, where he directed initiatives related to virtual reality co-presence and advertising features for WhatsApp's billions of global users. He previously worked at IBM, focusing on federal sales operations and predictive analytics within the government sector. Mandavilli holds a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. His current focus centers on bridging artificial intelligence, product management, and federal sales to streamline complex government contracting workflows.
