Alec Olesky

Alec Olesky is the Co-founder of RowFlow, an artificial intelligence startup based in New York, New York. Founded in 2025 alongside Jack Bubes, the two-employee company develops conversational AI tools designed to replace traditional web forms. RowFlow is currently participating in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch under the guidance of partner Harj Taggar. Prior to launching his own venture, Olesky worked as a software engineer at Meta and gained experience in quantitative finance. He previously served as a quantitative trader at both Virtu Financial and Hack VC, focusing on high-frequency trading and cryptocurrency markets. Olesky holds a degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he initially met his current business partner. His career currently centers on leveraging his technical background in big tech and quantitative trading to build AI-driven user interaction software.
