Alessia Paccagnella

Alessia Paccagnella is the Cofounder of VibeFlow, an artificial intelligence-powered no-code platform that enables non-technical users to build production-ready full-stack applications. Founded in 2025 alongside co-founder Elia Saquand, the early-stage technology startup is currently participating in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 accelerator batch. Prior to launching VibeFlow, Paccagnella spent four years working as a Software Engineer at Esri, a leading geographic information systems software developer. During her tenure at the corporation, she led the design and development of a novel visual programming tool focused on making complex 3D procedural modeling accessible to non-coders. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zurich. Her professional background and current focus center on leveraging artificial intelligence to combine user interface generation, backend logic, and database management into accessible software development tools.
