Alex Avnit

Alex Avnit is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Paloma, a B2B technology startup based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the three-person company, which was selected for the Y Combinator Summer 2025 cohort, he served as the Head of the Employer of Record Business Unit at Deel. During his leadership tenure at Deel, he managed the global human resources and payroll technology firm's fastest-growing and highest revenue-generating software product line. Avnit previously held revenue operations positions at the software company RevOps, and he earned a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a major in Actuarial Science and Quantitative Finance. Originally trained as a quantitative and data scientist, his professional background and current focus center on driving revenue growth, scaling business operations, improving internal processes, and executing go-to-market strategies for high-growth enterprise software companies.
