Alex Marantelos

Alex Marantelos is the co-founder and CEO of Intryc, an AI-powered customer support quality assurance platform. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup recently secured a $3.1 million seed round led by Episode One and E2 VC, with participation from General Catalyst and Sequoia Scouts. Previously, he served as the head of Customer Success for Northern Europe at Confluent, where he oversaw a portfolio generating more than $40 million in annual recurring revenue across strategic enterprise accounts. Before joining Confluent, Marantelos was the first Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the EMEA region for Navan, formerly known as TripActions, establishing the company's initial post-sales presence and team in that specific market. His professional background centers on scaling post-sales operations and developing artificial intelligence software tools to automate quality assurance workflows for modern enterprise customer support teams.
