Alex Nikityuk

Alex Nikityuk is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maroo, an acquired financial technology company, and currently operates as an independent finance advisor for growth-stage startups. Prior to founding Maroo, he served in a critical finance leadership capacity at Revolut, where he notably led a $500 million corporate fundraising round for the fintech firm. During his tenure as chief executive at Maroo, Nikityuk directed the firm's financial operations from inception through its eventual acquisition, successfully managing more than $400 million in total platform volume. His broader operational expertise spans across venture capital fundraising, complex mergers and acquisitions, and the development of scalable financial infrastructure for early-stage enterprises. Nikityuk currently focuses on providing hands-on advisory services to help technology companies optimize their internal financial operations, achieve institutional investor readiness, and execute successful exit strategies.
