Alexander Sporenberg

Alexander Sporenberg is the Co-Founder of Platus, a legal technology startup currently based in Europe. At Platus, he leads the strategic development of a digital platform designed to pioneer and streamline online notarization processes across the broader European market. Prior to launching this venture, Sporenberg served as a founding team member and the Head of Acquisition at a prominent European technology unicorn. During his executive tenure, he personally oversaw more than 100 mergers and acquisitions, contributing to a corporate strategy that successfully completed 150 total acquisitions. His leadership in executing these aggressive acquisition strategies directly helped scale the enterprise to a valuation exceeding €1 billion and a workforce of over 500 employees.
