Alok Deshpande

Alok Deshpande is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SmartPath Financial, an enterprise financial wellness and coaching platform based in Atlanta, Georgia. He established the company in 2010 to provide accessible personal finance education and structured coaching programs directly to low-income and moderate-income families and corporate employees. Prior to launching his own venture following the global economic recession, Deshpande worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising corporate clients on strategic growth and operations. His academic background includes earning a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2005, following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in 1999. Today, his primary professional focus centers on scaling social impact entrepreneurship by delivering foundational financial literacy tools and employer-sponsored coaching benefits to underserved populations across the United States.
