Alyson Watson

Alyson Watson is the Founder and Executive Chair of Modern Health, a digital mental health benefits platform based in San Francisco, California. Under her leadership, the company reached a $1.17 billion valuation after securing a $74 million Series D funding round in 2021, bringing its total capital raised to over $170 million from venture capital firms including Kleiner Perkins and Y Combinator. The enterprise platform currently supports more than 300 global companies, providing mental health solutions to corporate workforces across a wide variety of industries. Before launching Modern Health in 2017, she managed product partner operations at Collective Health between 2016 and 2017, and previously served as an operations manager at Keas. Watson holds a degree from Johns Hopkins University and focuses on expanding accessible, evidence-based digital health solutions for enterprise employee benefits.
