Amine Skalli

Amine Skalli is the CEO and Co-founder of Crew, a business-to-business talent acquisition platform, and is currently based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching this venture, he spent four years working as a professional recruiter and subsequently co-founded a specialized marketplace dedicated to sourcing remote software engineers. Under his leadership, Crew participated in the Y Combinator accelerator program in 2021 and successfully secured a $2.3 million seed funding round in December of that same year. He currently directs the startup's overall strategy, execution, and operational scaling, managing a core team of approximately six employees operating across both the United States and Paris, France. Today, Skalli remains focused on leveraging his extensive domain expertise in the hiring lifecycle to develop human resources technology that streamlines outbound sourcing and customer relationship management for modern recruiting teams.
