Amol Jain

Amol Jain is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of WorkWhile, an hourly labor technology startup based in San Francisco, California. He established the company alongside Jarah Euston in 2019 to develop a labor marketplace that matches thousands of hourly workers with open shifts. Under his technical leadership, the platform secured a $13 million Series A funding round in 2022 backed by Reach Capital and Khosla Ventures. Before launching WorkWhile, Jain held software engineering and product leadership roles at prominent technology firms, including Airbnb, Facebook, and Yahoo following its acquisition of the mobile analytics startup Flurry. His early career included an engineering practicum at Google and academic research positions at Carnegie Mellon University. Today, Jain maintains a professional focus on building scalable mobile platforms and human resources technology to optimize the modern hourly workforce.
