Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Palla Financial, an early-stage fintech platform based in Miami, Florida. Founded in 2020, the Y Combinator-backed startup currently employs approximately 13 people and facilitates instant peer-to-peer international remittances within a $65 billion annual market. Before launching Palla alongside two co-founders, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Lana, a United States-based neobank co-created by Boston Consulting Group. His earlier career includes leading product development initiatives for corporate clients at BCG Digital Ventures and working at the Intel Capital-backed education startup FlashGrade. Mason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The George Washington University and previously completed an internship with the United States Senate in 2010. His professional background centers on product strategy, cross-border payments, and scaling early-stage financial technology ventures.
