Andrew Peek

Andrew Peek is the Founder and CEO of Agora Intelligence, the developer of the custom stock indexing platform Tilt, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He previously co-founded Delphia, a quantitative investment data collective that developed and sold a systematic United States equities hedge fund before spinning out three separate technology startups, including Tilt. Earlier in his career, Peek sold his SaaS startup, Jet Cooper, to the multinational e-commerce company Shopify in 2014, where he subsequently served as the head of Product Labs. As an active angel investor and serial technology entrepreneur, he also founded and sold the startup Oracle Alpha, now operating as Tc43, in 2024. Peek's current professional focus centers on the intersection of fintech, artificial intelligence, and quantitative finance to develop data-driven retail investment platforms utilizing small language models and custom indexing strategies.
