Anna Monaco is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Under her leadership alongside co-founder Fred Ehrsam, the firm manages over $2 billion in assets and recently raised $2.5 billion for its third fund in April 2024. The investment vehicle targets early-stage cryptocurrency and blockchain infrastructure, executing notable deals such as a $25 million Series A for a Layer-2 scaling startup in January 2026. Monaco has directed capital into prominent decentralized finance and Web3 entities, including Uniswap and StarkWare.
