Ant Wilson

Ant Wilson is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Supabase, an open-source developer platform and database infrastructure provider. Before establishing the company in January 2020 alongside co-founder Paul Copplestone, he worked as a software engineer and launched two independent startup ventures, Crypto Squad and STYLINDEX. Wilson further developed his entrepreneurial background through participation in the Entrepreneur First accelerator program and Y Combinator's Summer 2020 batch. Under his technical leadership, Supabase has grown to serve millions of users globally and secured significant venture capital funding to compete directly with the Firebase platform. He previously studied at the University of Leeds, where he built a strong foundation in computer science and software development. His current professional focus remains centered on engineering large-scale storage systems and expanding the open-source backend-as-a-service ecosystem for developers.
