Aria Vikram

Aria Vikram is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Parachute, an early-stage healthcare technology startup based in San Francisco, California. She currently directs operations and strategic growth for the two-employee company, which officially launched in September 2025 as a participant in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch. Prior to establishing Parachute, Vikram served as a Natural Language Processing Researcher at Columbia University. During her academic tenure, she successfully engineered and deployed specialized artificial intelligence chatbots for medical professionals operating within the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Her early technical background is highlighted by several notable accolades, including winning the Google Code-In Grand Prize and receiving a research award from USAID. Vikram maintains a primary professional focus on developing secure infrastructure that allows hospital networks to safely evaluate, deploy, and monitor clinical artificial intelligence systems.
