Arnav Agrawal

Arnav Agrawal is the Founder of Morphik, an early-stage artificial intelligence startup focused on improving enterprise search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems. Prior to founding the company, he worked as a co-op software engineer at Amazon Robotics, where he developed a configuration compiler that accelerated the deployment of Sparrow and Cardinal robotic stations. Agrawal initially studied computer science at Cornell University after being selected as one of only three students in all of India to receive the prestigious Tata Scholarship. During his undergraduate studies, he independently developed and taught a university-level academic course focused on machine learning operations and artificial intelligence. He ultimately dropped out of Cornell University to build Morphik after experiencing inadequate internal search tools firsthand, applying his technical background to solve complex data retrieval and infrastructure challenges for modern enterprise applications.
