Artur Negrão

Artur Negrão is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salvy, a corporate mobile operator based in Curitiba, Brazil. Prior to launching the telecommunications startup, he worked in a product management role at EBANX, building upon an early professional foundation in corporate finance, investments, and valuation. Under his leadership, Salvy has scaled rapidly to serve over 1,800 enterprise companies, managing more than 20,000 corporate mobile lines while delivering up to 50% in cost reductions for its clients. The startup participated in the Y Combinator accelerator program and recently presented its enterprise connectivity platform on the main stage at Web Summit Rio 2025. Negrão, who also authors a dedicated telecommunications industry newsletter on Substack, currently focuses on leveraging his dual expertise in financial operations and product development to modernize the B2B telecommunications sector through software innovation.
