Aryan Shah

Aryan Shah is the founder and builder of Metis, an artificial intelligence-powered talent discovery platform, and is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to launching his new venture in the first quarter of 2025, he worked at Mercor, a Y Combinator-affiliated AI hiring startup that has raised over $30 million in venture capital funding. During his tenure at Mercor, Shah contributed directly to the development of automated recruitment technologies before transitioning to build his own human resources technology company. He recently introduced the Metis beta platform to his audience of more than 5,000 followers on X and has actively participated in regional artificial intelligence talent tech discussions at various San Francisco events. Shah's professional background centers on leveraging early-stage artificial intelligence applications to optimize the technology startup recruitment and talent acquisition ecosystem.
