Ashish Bajaj

Ashish Bajaj is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dime, an artificial intelligence manufacturing analytics platform based in Detroit, Michigan. Backed by the Y Combinator W24 cohort, his company develops software that analyzes time series data to control processes and identify real-time issues for factory automation. Prior to founding Dime, Bajaj led business operations, finance, and corporate strategy for a Series B ghost kitchen aggregator beginning in early 2023. He previously spent four years in the financial sector, serving as an Associate at TPG Sixth Street from 2021 to 2022 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild between 2017 and 2019. Holding a degree from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Bajaj currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize American manufacturing infrastructure and improve broader industrial efficiency across the sector.
