Badr El Idrissi Mokdad is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sandra AI, a B2B artificial intelligence company based in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, France. Established as part of a Fall 2024 startup cohort, the enterprise software firm currently operates with approximately three employees and develops automation solutions for the business process outsourcing and call center industries. Prior to launching Sandra AI, he spent three years working as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. During his consulting tenure, he specialized in digital transformation, growth strategy, and customer experience optimization within the call center sector. He holds a dual degree in Data Science for Business from École Polytechnique and HEC Paris. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive process improvement and strategic execution in enterprise customer service operations.
