Betty Chang

Betty Chang is the Cofounder of Trapeze, a Y Combinator-backed healthcare technology startup, and is currently based in New York, New York. At Trapeze, she develops artificial intelligence scheduling agents that currently support 140 healthcare providers across the Northeast region. Previously, Chang served as Chief of Staff and the first business hire at Capable Health, where she managed software operations for over 100 medical specialty clinics and personally closed the startup's first $1 million in annual recurring revenue. Her earlier career includes a Venture Fellowship at Susa Ventures alongside strategic and operational roles at Roivant Health, Intel, and the United Nations, where she was recognized as the organization's youngest consultant in New York. Today, Chang focuses her career on leveraging artificial intelligence and digital health infrastructure to streamline B2B healthcare administration and improve patient-provider connectivity.
