Bharath Varma is the Founder of Phoenix Live, a boutique event management and experiential marketing agency based in India. After earning an honors degree in economics, he established the firm in 2014 to produce specialized corporate events and live entertainment experiences for Fortune 500 companies. Over the past decade, Varma has developed a corporate client roster that includes major multinational corporations such as Microsoft, Google, and Deloitte. Beyond his B2B corporate event production work, he also co-owns and manages two large-scale music festival properties, specifically the Riders Music Festival in partnership with Red FM and Life in Color alongside the Times of India. His professional background centers on bridging corporate brand partnerships with live audience engagement. Varma's current focus remains on directing Phoenix Live's operations while expanding its diverse portfolio of experiential marketing campaigns and live music properties.
