Brad Siegler

Brad Siegler is a Co-Founder of EquipmentShare, a construction technology and equipment rental company based in Columbia, Missouri. He helped launch the startup during Y Combinator's Winter 2015 batch alongside co-founders Jabbok and Willy Schlacks, building the proprietary T3 telematics platform to track and manage heavy machinery. Under his technical leadership, EquipmentShare has expanded to over one hundred United States locations and reached a $3.3 billion valuation following a $290 million funding round led by BDT Capital Partners in April 2023. Prior to establishing the unicorn enterprise, he worked as a Web Designer and Developer at Lift Division and served as a Freelance Marketing Guy for Zapier. Siegler holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia and currently focuses on advancing cloud solutions and fleet tracking software for the logistics ecosystem.
