Brent Goldman

Brent Goldman is the Founder and General Partner at Lancelot Ventures, based in San Francisco, California. He previously co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Standard Treasury, a banking API platform that participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2013 batch before being acquired by Silicon Valley Bank in August 2015. Earlier in his career, Goldman worked as a pre-IPO software engineer at Facebook, where he contributed to the developer platform, and at Uber, where he co-founded the Marketplace Dynamics group. He later advanced to Director of Engineering for Self-Driving at Uber from December 2017 to September 2020, followed by a tenure as Vice President and Head of Engineering at Sisu until January 2022. Equipped with degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Caltech, Goldman currently focuses his professional efforts on artificial intelligence, angel investing, and executive coaching.
