Cassie Choi

Cassie Choi is the Co-founder of Pair Team, a healthcare technology company, and is currently based in San Francisco, California. She began her professional career as a registered nurse specializing in bedside emergency medicine in Boston and cardiac critical care, holding clinical positions at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center and UCSF. Transitioning to the digital health startup ecosystem, Choi joined Forward as the organization's very first registered nurse, where she designed foundational clinical workflows and successfully launched their initial flagship clinics. She subsequently served as the Director of Operations at Circle Medical, where she continued to build clinical protocols and manage the rollout of additional flagship medical facilities. Leveraging her extensive background in bedside medicine and healthcare startup operations, Choi currently focuses on primary care innovation and clinical workflow optimization within the digital health sector.
