Cat Lee

Cat Lee is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pace Groups Inc., a mental health technology platform based in San Francisco, California. Over her 19-year career in the technology sector, she held leadership positions at major consumer platforms, including a seven-year tenure at Pinterest where she served as Head of Growth and Head of Culture. Prior to Pinterest, Lee worked in developer marketing at Facebook and held operational roles at Google. She later transitioned into venture capital as a Partner at Maveron LLC from 2018 to 2020 and operated as a Scout for Sequoia Capital, supported by a computer science degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Her current focus centers on leveraging her consumer technology and scaling expertise to develop digital platforms that address mental health challenges.
