Charlene Wang

Charlene Wang is the CEO and co-founder of Ember, a technology startup focused on developing health monitoring solutions and consumer wellness devices. Prior to establishing Ember, she served as a Product Manager for Healthcare AI at Google, where she led the development of sleep-sensing technology for the Google Nest Hub smart display. In this product management role, her consumer health technology deployments ultimately improved sleep quality for millions of users globally. She concurrently directed remote patient monitoring initiatives in collaboration with Elevance Health, while contributing to medical research published in peer-reviewed journals including Radiology and NEJM Catalyst. Wang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics from Brown University. Her career focuses on bridging artificial intelligence, clinical research, and consumer hardware to advance everyday wellness and improve long-term patient outcomes.
