Charlie Warren

Charlie Warren is the CEO and co-founder of Convex, a commercial services software platform based in San Francisco, California. He established the B2B vertical SaaS company alongside co-founder Blake Meulmester in 2017 to develop data-driven property intelligence and sales engagement tools for commercial contractors. Under his leadership, the platform facilitated nearly $1.5 billion in incremental growth and an estimated $3 billion in total customer revenue throughout 2023, delivering a 9x median return on investment during the first year of deployment. In April 2024, Warren oversaw the sale of Convex to ServiceTitan, a software provider led by Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoian, in an acquisition valued at $25.8 million. Following the transaction, he continues to direct the subsidiary's operations, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence capabilities and revenue generation tools into comprehensive end-to-end management systems for underserved service industries.
