Christopher Bulow is the COO and Co-Founder of Viosera Therapeutics and the Co-Founder of resistanceBio, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He established Viosera Therapeutics around 2017 to develop resistance-proof antimicrobial drugs by leveraging novel biological platforms for treating infectious diseases. Through his second venture, resistanceBio, he assists pharmaceutical companies in modeling and preventing therapeutic resistance during preclinical cancer drug discovery. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he earned a PhD in Molecular Genetics and Genomics from Washington University in St. Louis, successfully transitioning his academic research into venture-backed biotechnology enterprises. His operational scope across both organizations includes building complex computational models, forming strategic industry partnerships, and applying innovative scientific approaches to advanced oncology treatments. Bulow currently focuses on utilizing computational biology to overcome clinical drug resistance and create more durable therapeutic interventions for patients.
