Cuauhtli Padilla

Cuauhtli Padilla is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veloz, a next-generation web publishing platform, and is based between Guadalajara, Mexico, and Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, he served as the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at SUNU, where he directed the engineering and commercial development of the Sunu Band, a sonar-based smart mobility wearable. Under his technical leadership, this assistive hardware product successfully scaled to reach thousands of visually impaired users globally and secured institutional backing from the startup accelerator MassChallenge. Padilla holds a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, providing him with a foundational background in complex hardware engineering and software systems. He recently transitioned from the assistive technology industry to the content management sector, focusing his current entrepreneurial efforts on developing modern software tools and infrastructure for the broader web ecosystem.
