Daniel Worku

Daniel Worku is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of StarSling, a technology startup focused on developer tools and artificial intelligence. Previously, he served as a software engineer at Netflix, where he developed and scaled the company's Internal Developer Portal. Under his leadership, this infrastructure supported more than 3,000 engineers and managers, ultimately becoming the highest daily active user internal development tool within the organization. Prior to Netflix, Worku worked as an engineer on the AI Camera team at Facebook, building the mobile computer vision library for the company's core applications. This foundational computer vision infrastructure currently powers camera effects for over 100 million daily active users across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. His career centers on building high-scale internal developer productivity platforms and deploying mobile artificial intelligence solutions across massive consumer ecosystems.
