Dave Hersh

Dave Hersh is the Founder and CEO of Metamorph Partners and a turnaround investor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He previously served as the founding CEO of Jive Software from 2001 to 2010, scaling the enterprise collaboration platform to a $60 million revenue run rate and establishing the foundation for its $462 million initial public offering in 2011. Following his tenure at Jive, Hersh operated as a Board Partner at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz and co-founded the data transfer startup RipFog. His earlier career includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at 4charity and a management consultant at VIA International, supported by a bachelor's degree in economics from DePauw University. He currently focuses on advising mid-stage B2B SaaS companies, executing turnaround investments, and authoring books on human-centered leadership and startup transformation.
