David Graunke

David Graunke is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Parcha, an enterprise artificial intelligence startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He established the compliance software company in early 2023 alongside former colleague AJ Asver, subsequently securing a $5 million seed funding round led by Kindred Ventures and Initialized Capital. Prior to launching Parcha, Graunke led engineering for risk reviews at Stripe, where he developed highly scalable policy and workflow engines for complex, high-volume review processes. During his tenure, he built the core infrastructure that successfully transitioned the payment processor's risk operations from internal teams to a global network of thousands of outsourced vendor agents. His current focus centers on building autonomous agents and automated fraud detection, credit risk, content moderation, and financial crimes prevention systems for the broader enterprise financial technology sector.
