Deshraj Yadav

Deshraj Yadav is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mem0, an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, California. He brings 11 years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning and web systems, previously serving as a Senior Autopilot Engineer and leading the AI Platform at Tesla. During his tenure at Tesla, he managed large-scale training, evaluation, and observability infrastructure for the company's full self-driving technology, following an earlier software engineering position at Snap. Yadav earned a master's degree from Georgia Tech, where he created the open-source machine learning platform EvalAI as his thesis and published research at top academic conferences including CVPR, ECCV, and AAAI. Backed by Y Combinator in the summer of 2024, his current focus centers on developing advanced memory layers and agent tooling for modern enterprise artificial intelligence applications.
