Don Pansacola

Don Pansacola is the CEO and Co-founder of NextPay, a digital banking platform for small businesses based in Manila, Philippines. Before launching the fintech startup in 2020, the software engineer served as an early core product team member at OpenDNS, contributing to the company's growth prior to its acquisition by Cisco Systems. The Simon Fraser University alumnus subsequently led NextPay through the Y Combinator Winter 2021 accelerator program. Under his leadership, the platform processed over $20 million in transaction volumes for more than 100 businesses and 3,500 employees during its first year. He also secured a $1.6 million seed funding round backed by Golden Gate Ventures and SFC Capital. Pansacola currently focuses on expanding digital financial services, trade financing, and corporate card solutions for micro, small, and medium enterprises across the Philippine market.
