Doug Neumann

Doug Neumann is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arpio, an automated cloud disaster recovery platform, and is currently based in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Prior to establishing the startup in 2018, he accumulated over twenty years of technical experience developing enterprise software, which included holding software engineering roles at Microsoft and BMC Software. Neumann subsequently led the software engineering organization at Bandwidth, where he scaled the technical infrastructure and guided the communications enterprise through its successful initial public offering in 2017. In his current executive capacity, he secured $8.2 million in funding for Arpio in August 2023 and oversaw the launch of an orchestrated ransomware recovery product for AWS environments later that year. His professional background centers on scaling enterprise engineering teams and developing automated cloud infrastructure security solutions for modern software-as-a-service startups.
